Coord

For families who are done playing email detective

The permission slip. The time change. The picture day. Handled.

Coord keeps track of your kids' schedules, from every practice to every appointment to every late start, so the whole family stays in sync and you're never the only one who knows.

No spam, ever. Just one note when Coord is ready for you.

The 9:47 PM scramble

The information exists. It's just buried in 50 emails, two inboxes, and one parent's head.

Your kids' lives generate a constant stream of school newsletters, coach updates, and appointment reminders. The real schedule is in there somewhere, but finding it falls to one person. The one who reads every email, remembers the late start, and gets the worried "wait, when is that?" text at 9:47 PM. Coord reads all of it, so the mental load stops living in one person's head.

How Coord works

Connect it once, and watch it work.

Step 1

Tell Coord which senders to watch for.

The school, the league, the studio, the pediatrician. Coord looks for the email addresses and senders you tell it to, and leaves everything else alone. No forwarding each message, no copying and pasting, no new habit to keep up.

Step 2

Watch the schedule build itself.

Every practice, picture day, late start, and checkup gets organized automatically and sorted by kid. Coord figures out which child "the tournament" is for and what "Coach Ana" means, so a vague email turns into a clear event on the right kid's schedule.

Step 3

Everyone sees the same picture.

Both parents. The nanny. Grandma, if you want. One shared, reliable view that updates the moment something changes, so no one's the last to know.

Built for the chaos of dependents

Everything your kids and pets throw at you.

Coord is built for the people who depend on you, not your own to-do list. You can add your own events by hand, but Coord is great at keeping track of all the events and reminders you get by email.

The fine print

The $485 trip fee, the form due Friday, the cleats to pack

A look inside

One calm picture, instead of fifty open tabs.

Forwarded-email alerts, what's next, and everything a tap away.
What tomorrow needs, before tomorrow.
Event cards, with filters to slice by kid, sender, category, or date.
Ask anything about your family's world, in plain language.
Every to-do, permission slip, and fee, in one place.
The source inbox — every forwarded email Coord turned into events and to-dos.

More than a calendar

Everything you need to run your kids' lives, already built in.

Coord isn't a someday promise. Here's what it does today.

Event cards that do the work

Every event card is a small command center. View the original email or PDF right inside Coord, tap the address for directions, or call, text, or email the source with one tap. Add the event to your Google or Outlook calendar, attach a file, jot a note, or pull up every related email from that source.

The Coord Chart

Ask Coord anything about your family's world and get an answer in plain language. “What does Jack have this week?” “When's the next dentist appointment?” “Who's got soccer on Saturday?” The Coord Chart lets you talk to everything Coord knows, so you find what you need by just asking.

Automatic extraction

Coord reads the activity emails you point it to and turns them into events and to-dos, with the dates, times, and details already filled in.

Events, organized by kid

Every practice, appointment, and school day, sorted by which child it belongs to, so you always know who needs to be where.

Tasks and action items

The permission slip, the registration fee, the cleats to pack. Coord pulls the to-dos out of the email so they don't slip through.

Email forwarding

Got an email from a sender Coord doesn't know yet? Forward it to your personal Coord address and it gets added, no setup required.

Caregiver assignments

Note who's responsible for each event or task, from pickup to the dentist run, so responsibilities are clear.

Flexible calendar views

Day, week, or month. Look at the schedule however makes sense for the moment.

Manual events

Coord does the heavy lifting, but you're always in control. Add anything by hand, anytime.

List management

Shared lists for groceries, packing, to-dos, and whatever else your family needs to keep straight.

Still building

And there's more on the way.

Coord keeps getting smarter. Coming up: conflict radar that catches two kids double-booked on the same Saturday, your Google Calendar events gathered in automatically, and shared family accounts so everyone's on the same page. Join the waitlist and you'll be the first to know as these land.

Why not just use…

Other calendars wait for you to type. Coord doesn't wait.

We love some of the family calendar apps out there. They make family schedules shared and visible. But they still lean on you to find the information and get it in. Some make you type every event by hand. Others make you buy hardware and forward email one at a time. Coord works more like your family's personal manager, turning the email access you give it into events and to-dos for you.

Your inbox, your rules

Coord only ever does what you tell it to.

Coord reads the activity emails you point it to, like the school newsletters, the coach updates, and the appointment reminders, and nothing else. It never sends email on your behalf. It never shares your information. It never acts without your say-so. And if you'd rather not connect your email at all, Coord still works. You can add what matters by hand and let Coord keep it organized for everyone who needs to see it.
